Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every product you see if handmade in Leesburg Georgia!

What if I want something that I don't see?

Please fill out a Custom Order Request if you have a specific design in mind or wish to have a different length / width combination! (Ex: Large collar length but XL width of 1.5") We will try our best to make your vision a reality!

What are the washing instructions for your products?

We suggest our products be either hand washed or machine washed in a delicates bag. Either way you choose, we recommend using cold or luke warm water with a small amount of gentle detergent. After washing, hang to dry and you're ready for the next adventure!

What size collar does my dog need?

Check out our Size Charts to see what will fit your pup best! While we do list weight ranges, they are only a suggested weight (Let's face it, some of us are a little "Fluffier" than we should be!) We suggest choosing your dog's collar size based on the neck circumference compared to the "Length" column on the Dog Collar Size Chart!

 How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. If your order contains any embroidered items, please allow 1-2 additional business days for your order to ship.
